Phase I
Conversion of bedrooms into 12 state of the art conference rooms for corporate clients. The conversion was completed in a live Hotel while fully operational. Each meeting room was installed with full Audio-Visual conferencing equipment.
Works involved the full refurbishment including M & E works, Fitted Furniture, Joinery, Timber wall panelling and new floor finishes. Catering facilitates were also constructed to service new conference rooms.
Phase II
Construction of new Atrium Restaurant and service walkway. This project involved constructing new Atrium with a large rooflight between two live blocks of the Hotel. The structure was a steel frame tying into the existing structures while also allowing for further development above.
The Atrium was finished with an elegant bar and service area, constructed via a mixture of high-end bespoke joinery cladding in stone. Floors are tiled with Italian tiles and ceiling features timber trellis and Faux planting to compliment the three live Olive Trees, with full irrigation system, which were imported especially to be the feature of the main banquet seating area. Works also consist of Mechanical and Electrical works, Acoustic ceiling, full AV fitout, curtain walling, and external brick and coloured render. Tie into existing hotel was completed while maintaining full operation of adjacent element of hotel and roadway.
