Construction of 20 town houses in the heart of Ranelagh
The Idiosyncrasies of each house means that not one house is the exact same. The house comprise a full brick façade with numerous brick bonds from Flemish bond to bespoke sawtooth panels and brick soffits. The brickwork which was completed in traditional manner with assistance of special lintel system is of the like of which has not been used in house construction for some decades.
The workmanship on brickwork will ensure these house remain a landmark in area for generations to come. All roofs are completed in Zinc in both grey and pigmento courtacy of VM zinc. All houses are A2 energy rated with heat pumps and underfloor heating. Electrical works comprise the installation of bespoke light systems to provide all the modern smart home requirements of client. Each house is complete with bespoke flooring, tiling, vanities and cabinetry.
