This project will reflect the very high quality of standards and finishes that MCH works to.
3 story houses over basement in one of Dublin’s most sought after addresses.
Works comprise of demolition of existing dwelling and construction of basement and concrete frame house over 3 stories. The houses were constructed with a mixture of brick and triple glazed windows and curtain walling section and also included 4 feature rooflights. Mechanical and Electrical works involved the installation of lifts and state-of-the-art heating, lighting and smart home technology. The internal fitout comprised, bespoke stairs, glazed and curved handrails, floor finishes with high-end timber floor, carpet and Marble. Bedrooms were finished in custom made wallpaper and WC’s were complete in Marble tiles with Brass sanitaryware fitting. Stone counters and cladding feature through out along with bespoke Joinery through out including Kitchen, Bedrooms, snug and cinema room.
The externals works were completed in mature planting, granite paving and granite paving sets. Security system included electronic entry gate and full connection to smart home technology.
